4oz onion cut into quarters
1 tsp salt
Place chicken, onion, salt, chopped celery, shredded carrots, and water in mixing bowl and cook 30 min/212°F/ reverse mode /speed spoon.
Add rice and cook 10 min/212°F/reverse mode/speed spoon.
Now let’s do 4 sec/reverse mode /speed 4.
Cook 5 min/212°F/reverse mode/ speed spoon.
Serve it hot, and add natural lemon juice and parsley.
